Cool visual art! The combination with the music creates a creepy atmosphere.
Thank you for the kind words! :)
I really enjoyed this! For what it gives me alone (story, tone, overall design and aesthetic), it's a great little game. I did not expect things to become so directly sinister, I had anticipated things happening in the hotel we would need to assist with.
I think if the game were to be different, I would have loved there to be more purpose behind where you place each guest, and perhaps a little more involvement with each of the guests or rooms over perhaps a week of time. What's here already is great, I want to keep playing!Thank you so much for playing and recording your play through. I really appreciate it!
Fully agree with your feedback that the latter should have more purpose and agency. This build was initially developed as part of a game jam and I descoped the original concept quite a lot to get it finished in time.
Hopefully I can return to it in the future as I'd like have the room placements be more important and allow the player to take action when they receive requests from the phone calls.
Love the creepy, off-putting atmosphere, the artwork fits perfectly and the effects all go great together.
